Tower Bridge of London Design Highly Commended

Willie Duggan Jr has recently been highly commended for his design proposal for the Tower Bridge of London by the Worshipful Company of Lightmongers. He has also just been awarded a first class honors in his Masters programme in lighting design at the prestigious Bartlett School of Graduate Studies, University College, London.
